14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them.

  • Unworn, unused, with original tags attached.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us via Instagram DM.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions.

  3. Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please check your gear upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Custom or personalized products.

If you’re unsure about your item, contact us before starting a return.


Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The fastest option is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
